Blue Line K9 is a veteran Law Enforcement and Military dog training company. We offer over 10 years of experience working as Law Enforcement K9 handlers, training dogs in protection, scent detection, tracking, obedience, and more. Our goal is to pass on the lessons learned from our training and experience and provide a realistic approach to training your dog. We offer the following classes:

LEAD TRAINER AND OWNER – JACOB FOWLER
Owner and trainer, Jacob Fowler, is a U.S. Navy Veteran. He served in the Navy for over 6 years before entering law enforcement. Jacob entered a career as a Police Officer for the Ventura Police Department in southern California and quickly learned the value of a working dog.
After 4 years as a patrol officer, Jacob became a Police K9 Officer where he attended the Inglis Police Dog Academy. The Inglis Police Dog Academy has over 30 years of experience training and certifying Police K9’s. After Completing the K9 Patrol Academy,Jacob worked a dual purpose K9(protection/detection) for the next 6 years assisting patrol officers, SWAT teams, Narcotic Units, County Law Enforcement Task Units, federal agencies, and received the Medal of Valor from the Peace Officer’s Association of Ventura County for extraordinary bravery, above and beyond the call of duty.
